Relaxed. Thank you Blu Dragon!
My name is Mike and I am a Desert Storm Vet with PTSD. It manifests in depression, anxiety, and anger. The depression is controlled with meds. The anxiety is managed with meds. I say managed because I am almost never anxiety free. There is always a little nervousness and tenseness in me. My anxiety is my most persistent issue. When I switched to the medical field in 2014, I would sweat through my clothes in interviews. I am always tense and jittery along with memory and concentration and issues. The only two times I am completely anxiety free is with an hour massage or a 20-minute session in the Blu Dragon. I feel unburdened! My whole body feels relaxed, especially my shoulders, arms and hands. Also, my mind seems less cluttered. A Navy friend told this Army guy about the Blu Room so I had to try it! I did a little research, but needed to experience it to see if it worked for me. And it does! I am a little skeptical with some therapies, but this one really works for me. As soon as I awake (yeah, you will probably fall asleep, even in 20-minutes), I feel rejuvenated and unburdened like a weight has been removed. I felt relief right away in my first session. My grip on the steering wheel on the drive home was relaxed, not tight like usual. And my arms and hands seemed soooo relaxed. I even felt less angry. I did notice that I felt tense in a couple hours after my first session. So, being skeptical, I tried it a second time and a third time. After the second time, the relaxed feelings lasted around 6 hours. And after my 3rd session, well I cannot answer that, it has been 7 hours and I still feel great! Thank you Blu Dragon for releasing me! This Airborne Vet has found some relief. I will be back soon. (6/22/2021)
Veterans like Dale discovered the Blu Room before taking an irreversible path. Suicide rates for veterans is high and Blu Room technology has been found to help. Read about Dale's experience in Seattle PI.
