As a “sympathetic nervous system driven” woman, Patricia Duryea, PhD has studied stress management programs and ways to relieve stress and anxiety for more than 30 years. That same vibrational principle can be seen while studying the effects of a tuning fork.
This Blu Room technology is considered a non-medical health service because as you relax you relieve the tension in your body. Without the tension your circulation is improved, pain is relieved, and healing is accelerated.
At the minimum, you receive a healthy dose of Vitamin D. In a 20-minute session with 9 minutes of UVB exposure a light-skinned person receives the equivalent of 30,000 IU of oral Vitamin D and 15,000 IU for dark-skinned individuals. Research has shown a myriad of health benefits from Vitamin D.
