Our passion has always been to improve the quality of life for those around us. As we learned about the Blu Room technology we were drawn to the opportunities it presented for personal growth. We look forward to bringing this technology to you and learning how it positively impacts your life.
Pat truly wants you to call her a “mutt.” She’s not one for stagnation or settling and her life experiences and education show her love of learning and sharing. When she was growing up, Pat’s mother had significant health problems that impacted their family. Pat’s journey toward health and wellness started in her home watching first-hand how health affects quality of life and mental health. If you asked Pat what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would’ve simply said, “a doctor.” Pat studied Medical Technology after high school, because it was the closest thing to medicine that she could afford as medical school was out of the question. With the support and guidance of an older cousin, an RN, she received funding through a Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) program to become a certified laboratory technician where she worked in hematology and immunohematology.
Later, when Pat was able to attend college, she recognized that medical school was a long and incredibly expensive prospect. An entrepreneur at heart, Pat earned a business degree from Arizona State University and worked as a Human Resource Director before receiving a Master of Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Doctor of Counseling Psychology from Walden University. Pat has been a clinical manager, Employee Assistance Program director, small busines owner, and currently an Adjunct Professor at ASU. She has extensive knowledge in developing health and wellness programs and experience in trauma-related counseling and also studied complementary health for several years searching for answers to her questions. Her strong desire to study medicine always seemed to take a back seat as she went on to get her numerous degrees and raise her two daughters as a single mother.
But Pat is simply a life-long learner. On her journey, Pat has worked with stress management programs and has always searched for new techniques to help relieve stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Stress and trauma play directly into everyone’s health and wellbeing. We can’t see it but these complications in our lives have power over us that must be transformed into positives. Several years ago, she became a HeartMath provider and worked to bring these techniques to the employees in a Scottsdale hospital and other valley businesses. Her focus was the unification of her work in human resources, counseling, and complementary health to meet the needs of people, to the personal needs of family, friends, strangers, and employees.
Pat helped Jayme create Adobe Care and Wellness Arizona in 2018. She operates as the Chief Inspiration Officer besides her other duties as the Compliance Officer, Human Resource Manager, AP/AR Manager, and anything else that is needed. Adobe started in 2018 with 12 employees and has grown to over 115 case managers, care navigators, CNAs, NPs, RNs, and staff in three Arizona counties. Adobe Care and Wellness Arizona is a healthcare solutions company utilizing innovative technology and human touch to improve quality of lite. As a business owner, Pat takes the health and wellness of her employees seriously and strives to find new ways to relieve the stress and anxiety common in those in the medical field working to helping others.
The desire to find new technology in the future of medicine has always been a motivating spark in Pat’s heart. Blu Room technology and the extraordinary results that it shows with stress and anxiety reduction, PTSD relief, pain relief, and relief from an excess of other complaints is the catalyst for Blu Dragon. Focusing on personal needs can help people get over the issues in their lives that may be holding them back from living their best possible selves. The technology, never a replacement for traditional medicine but a complement to it for many people, has a role in addressing those needs.
In the 7th grade, Mr. Figley expanded Pat’s thinking and understanding with the fact that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Energy – light and sound frequency – is at the center of all of us and it is the heart of Blu Room technology. Pat now knows why her path to becoming a physician was thwarted; she never would have discovered Blu Room technology as an allopathic doctor. Blu Dragon is the compilation of all of those years of searching for the spot-on method, the right vehicle, to help others experience a space to – JUST BE!
